HR & Finance Officer

Role Overview
This role is split between Human Resources (70%) and Finance Support (30%). You'll manage the core HR operations while supporting the finance team with basic tasks.
HR Responsibilities
- Full management of government HR compliance platforms and Ministry of Manpower requirements
- Point of contact for government entities and internal employee inquiries
- Daily attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll processing
- Initial oversight of employee performance evaluations
- Monthly collaboration with management to develop job descriptions, competency frameworks, and KPIs
Finance Responsibilities
- Support the finance team with basic tasks as assigned by the CFO
- Additional finance tasks as directed by the Department Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience
- Proficient in Arabic and English
Additional Notes
This role will grow over time. You'll gradually take on more responsibilities including KPIs, competency frameworks, and process improvements. Collaboration across departments is key.
